follow these steps which are given below in order and create your email signature,
- first of all,open your microsoft outlook and now you need to find the option of “signature” the first method to go to your search bar of your outlook and type “signature” and click on signature.the other option to find it simply search on the web your outlook version and where to find the signature option in outlook (your version).
- click on “new” and name your signature and select the appropriate setting for yourself these default signature option let your choose which email address you want to connect the signature that you have created and for new message and forwards and replies.
- now here comes the main body of signature as i am the CEO of thearensic i will write something like this (just see on the image below)if you are some type of employee on a company or you are the boss you can write about you in this body area and also you can provide your contact information there.you have some editing option for your body you can also put some logo in your signature as i have done.
from now every email you write you will see this signature on your email
signature are just the pre-written text which are introducing your self or your respective organisation.
